I had NEVER done yoga, but I was in pretty darn good shape.

IT KICKED MY ARSE.

I'm thrilled I did it, but the amount of sweat, and the lack of clothing, in the class is just mindblowing. I don't think I ever ever been 100% saturated with sweat like that before. It absolutely does stir up the toxins. I went hungover, too. Your description made me throw up a lot, so thanks for that.Jason Marcusonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04308863333024456143noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10113687.post-73544537296456491212008-04-05T09:22:00.000-07:002008-04-05T09:22:00.000-07:00I enjoyed that quite a bit, G.I enjoyed that quite a bit, G.dunkeyshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18262053391724614155noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10113687.post-89634471114357207812008-04-05T08:56:00.000-07:002008-04-05T08:56:00.000-07:00I'm a big fan of toxins.
