"one big fiesta for illegal aliens and homosexuals"

Those of you who regularly follow political blogs and/or read Frank Rich's column (good times) will already be familiar with the line. But have you heard the actual radio ad? Mariachi music is prominently involved. Spectacularly offensive. I wouldn't believe it was real if it weren't on the candidate's site.

That's good ol' Vernon Robinson, one of America's best right-wing nutjobs. The kind of man who makes Alan Keyes seem reasonable by comparison. I'm pretty sure he's been a miserable failure as a candidate and has used the gay-baiting tactic before.

Thanks for the link, kclou, that was indeed awesome.

My favorite part is the people gasping in disbelief in the backgournd. It really makes hot, homo-alien action come to life.

Chad, that is the sound of illegal aliens pleasuring their homosexual partners in gratitude for the newly acquired visas.

The ad is pretty much a perfect one. This is why Republicans win, because they plainly and clearly state their views without shame or hemming and hawing. It's perfect not just in terms of succinctness and imagery, but in terms of mainlining the fears of the ignorant and stretching the truth to the breaking point (he voted to allow flag burning!) Leaving aside its grossly repugnant political content, I would give this ad an A+ in a political science class.

And why did no one invite me to the party?

Y'know, I just listnend to this again and I swear I heard some animals in the background. I want to see which candidate has the cajones (are you with me aliens?) to imply some bestiality. That's the logical next step right? On a side note I saw Wicked this weekend in sunny Cleveland and was surprised how political it is. Seemed to bode well given how popular it is.
