"Man acts as though he were the shaper and master of language, while in fact language remains the master of man." -- Heidegger

The memoir I've been waiting for
I can't imagine how interesting and entertaining this book will be -- if he ever finishes it. A hopeful sign:
"The range and type of stories was exactly what you would hope to hear," Pietsch says. "The memories and the emotions, people wonder if he remembers anything, but I wish my memory was that good."
This bio will be awesome. Now he says he really DID snort a line of his pop's ashes. The cynic in me says it's just for the buzz. The "admission," that is, not KR's line of cremains.
In other news, I'm amending my will. I don't want to be cremated anymore. I want to be frozen in carbonite.
