Has anyone been? I don't even know what the place is called, or exactly where it is, but Tracy overheard some people saying it was "awesome, awesome dude" and it's all you can eat. I can't wait to hear the "SSSHHHHHHHHHHIIIISHHHH" of the meat's contact with Coralville's equivalent of Genghis Khan's fire-heated shield.

It's called Hu-Hot. It's across the parking lot from the Olive Garden. It's huge and fancy, with mod decor, a nice bar, and icons of a Mongol warrior everywhere. You grab a bowl and go through the line as many times as you want. Huge clean steel tubs of frozen meat: beef, pork, chicken, shrimp, and about three kinds of fish, all species from Life Aquatic, I think. Then you add noodles and fixins, with a ton to choose from. Then dozens of delicious sauces and oils they encourage you to drown your bowl. Then you hand over your bowl to one of several youngsters standing around a giant round grill, and they sizzle your stuff till it's perfect. Eat, repeat, pay. It's not cheap. But go.
